C19-YRS for personal monitoring of Long Covid
In February 2025, we launched a public version of a our NHS-recommended C19-YRS app for the Long Covid community to download without a referral.
- Download directly from the App Store
- Complete the C19-YRS and EQ-5D-5L gold standard measures for Long Covid, both recommended by NHS England and used internationally
- Track symptoms, exertion, and goals each day
- Share health reports with clinicians or your employer
- Access translatable support resources produced by health organisations and charities
- Contribute your data to University of Leeds as part of the NIHR-funded HERITAGE project to advance Long Covid service delivery for all
- Access future updates driven by research with patients for the price of a coffee per month

- People with Long Covid who are not seen by an NHS provider using our app in clinic
- People who want to access the gold standard digital C19-YRS assessment and daily monitoring tools
- People who need an effective tool to communicate their symptoms and progress to clinicians and employers
Clinics or health insurers that wish to purchase a cost-effective alternative to our clinical platform
Standalone C19-YRS does not include:
- Any medical advice, diagnoses or guaranteed referral into a service
- Access to our web portal intended for clinical staff using our full system
- Other configurable health questionnaires like GAD-7, PHQ-9, WHO-5, WPI-SS intended for clinical practice
